Orders are processed and confirmed within 48 hours.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item has shipped.
During these unique times please allow 3-10 business days for your order to arrive.
Custom and Handmade Products: The Lampley prides itself on the uniqueness of each of our handcrafted products. It is important to keep in mind that each item is produced at the time of the order. Please allow 7-14 days for your order to ship. Rest assured you will receive an order confirmation and tracking once available. If you have questions concerning your order please email customerservice@thelampley.com.
Custom items are not returnable, we verify every detail prior to production to ensure satisfaction.
We are sure you will love your Lampley exclusive items but if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact our customer service team. We value all customer feedback.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If you see obvious damage to your item(s) as a result of poor delivery - Please email customerservice@thelampley.com

GENERAL RETURNS (other than shipping damage or incorrect product as above)
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Candles must be "unburned" and "unlit".
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or specifics of Order Number.
